Gaddesden Water Tower
Tucked away in the corner of a small woods is this water tower and well. I can't find any history on this place but presumably it was built to service the large Victorian house nearby. It was a bit of a rushed explore this one, with the weather closing in and the woods ringing to the sound of gun shots I didn't fancy hanging about - especially considering I could see quite a few deer in front and I was dressed in black and camo! There was also the fact there were signs that maybe someone had been camping here very recently. Anyway, on with the pics...
